Johnston | Martineau, P.L.L.P. is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 35 W and Industrial Boulevard in the beautiful Broadway Place West building which is at 1300 Godward Street, NE., Minneapolis, MN., 55413. We are immediately south of the Francis Gross golf course and immediately east of "the quarry" area of Minneapolis.


From the North:
Follow 35W South to the Industrial Boulevard exit. Take a left at the bottom of the exit and drive approximately one block at which point you will take a right hand turn onto Godward Street. You will see the Broadway Place West building almost immediately.

From the South:
Due to the tragic collapse of the 35 bridge, currently, the most convenient way to reach us from the south is to take Highway 94 east to Highway 280 north. Follow 280 to the Hennepin / Larpenteur exit. Take a left at the top of the exit and follow the road to the first set of lights which is Industrial Boulevard. Go right approximately one mile and turn left on Godward Street. You will see the Broadway Place West building almost immediately.

From the East:
Follow Highway 36 west to the Industrial Boulevard exit. Take a left at the bottom of the exit and drive approximately one block at which point you will take a right hand turn onto Godward Street. You will see the Broadway Place West building almost immediately. If Highway 94 west is more convenient, simply take the Highway 280 north exit and then follow the directions provided for those people coming from the south.

From the West:
Follow Highway 94 east to Highway 280 north. Follow 280 to the Hennepin / Larpenteur exit. Take a left at the top of the exit and follow the road to the first set of lights which is Industrial Boulevard. Go right approximately one mile and turn left on Godward Street. You will see the Broadway Place West building almost immediately.
